He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine and Daniel; and his siblings, Walter, Russel, Henry, Ruby, Elsie and Olga.

He is survived by: his wife Ollie; his sons, Barry David and Bryan (Linda); his granddaughters, Karissa and Sarah; his nieces, Kathy Gulka and Kim Jack (Dave); and his sister Servants of Mary Immaculate.
