He was predeceased by: his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Rita Kulchyski (Sanderson); his grandsons, Nicholas, Jeffrey, Dylan and Aaron; and his siblings, Carol Schreyer and Walter Kulchyski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
