We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2023, at the age of 76, John Michael Frig (West St Paul, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve Frig and Elizabeth Frig; and his siblings, Joseph, Paul, Betty and Annie.

He is survived by : his wife Linda; his daughter Michelle (Ian); his grandchildren, Dallas and Payten; and his siblings, Steve, George, Mary, Ethel, Rose, Louise and Helen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
