He was predeceased by: his son Aaron Wieler; his parents, Jacob F Wieler and Margaret Wieler; his brother Henry Wieler; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Wieler.
He is survived by: his wife Agatha; his children, Davis Wieler (Tracy), Roma Wieler and Laura Wiens (Tim); his grandchildren, Seth, Troy, Vivian Wieler, Zelda and Zorro Wiens; his siblings, Menno Wieler (Lorraine), Wilfred Wieler (Susan), Martha Klassen (Ike), Rose Klippenstein (Bob) and Verna Blatz (Ken); and his sister-in-law Margaret Reimer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and in-laws.
Viewing was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Homes Ltd. - Winkler (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Wiebe Funeral Home (121 8 St, Winkler, MB R6W0M1). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Glencross Mennonite Church (7088 Rd 27 W, Thornhill, MB R6T0C7).
