He was predeceased by: his mother Freda Bergen of Elm Creek, Manitoba.. He is survived by: his father Peter Bergen (Lena); his wife Ruth; his children, Cindy (Ted), Stephanie (Scott) and Jeremy (Sheri); and his sister Becky.
