Meindert was predeceased by: sons, Martin and Hugo. Meindert is survived by: wife Johanna; children, Robert, Neil, Mi Ja Lee Na (Jae) and Hi Ja Lee Chae; daughter-in-law Becky; and granddaughters, Kendall (Kyle Petrik), Sharene (Abel Burroughs), Crystal (Calvin Borowic) and Zoe. Meindert is also survived by four sisters and two brothers in the Netherlands; as well as many extended family and friends.
