He was predeceased by: his wife Elenore. He is survived by: his sons, David Penner (Marcia Spence) and Raymond (Cheryl Penner); his grandchildren, Jason Penner (Braeda Dowden) and Janessa (Colin Wilson); and his great grandchildren, Rhettley, Colter and Keller.
