He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Reg Baxter and Joan Baxter; his parents-in-law, Jack and Myrtle Smith; and his sister Janice Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Kerri (Darren) and Scott (Tatiana); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Tayla, Kinsley and Makenna; and his siblings, Geoff (Barb), Jim (Bonnie), Bruce (Wendy) and Sandra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
