He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine and Patrick; and his brother Christopher. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerome, Diane O'Reilly (Kevin) and Mary Ellen; his nephew Chris (Erin); and his great-nephews, Michael, Matthew and Mason. He is also survived by his cousins, friends and his special furry friends.
