He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Lehnert (Rempel); his father Alexander Otto Theofil Lehnerts (Lehnert) of Kuldiga; and his brother William Paul Lehnert of Riga, Latvia.. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Ann Rempel (Warren Clarence), Lori Ericka Mary Lehnert and Corinne Patricia Sandhurst (Geoff); and his grandchildren, Kierra Mercedes Quinn Sandhurst and Caelin Wolf Alexander Sandhurst. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
