He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex and Leola; and his sister Audrey Forgues. He is survived by : his wife Lily; his children, David (Teresa) and Debbie Inglis (Duncan); his granddaughters, Tori, Heather, Dana and Hannah; his siblings, Dorothy Pond and Murray; his sister-in-law Alvina Turner (Morris); and his nieces and nephews, Brent Meyer (Carol), Llyn Towel (Guy), Ken Forgues and Tannis Turner (Peter).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Society of Manitoba or Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
