He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Baptiste and Blanche; and his siblings, Théodore, Conrad, Thérèse, Beatrice, Ange-Aimée, Cécile, Juliette and Annette.

He is survived by: his wife Huguette; his children, Monique (Gord), Suzanne (Laurent) and Marc (Debby); his grandchildren, Kevin (Élise), Renée (Daniel), Dominic (Gabrielle), Emeric, Carine, Mathieu and Serge; his great grandchildren, Brielle, Camille, Léon and Louane; his brother Jean (Irène); and his sisters-in-law, Cécile and Lucille.
