She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Maria Tyrawski (Protodeacon Stefan), Irena Duplak (Andrzej) and Piotr Karchut (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Bohdan Tyrawski, Oksana Unilowsky, Dr. Kamila Duplak (Marcin Pacak), Steven Duplak (Stephanie Mazzon), Austen, Amelia and Craig Karchut; her great grandchild Christian Unilowsky; her sister Nadzieja Monaco; her godchildren, Mary Marcinkow and Bogdan Karhut; her husband Jan Karchut; her parents, Michal Kowalczyk and Maria Kowalczyk; her sisters, Stefania Pankewycz and Olga Karhut; her parents-in-law, Michal and Anna Karhut; and her grandson-in-law Russell Unilowsky.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the Panachyda will be held privately on January 22, 2021 at Korban Funeral Chapel at 7:00pm, officiated by Rev. Fr. Isidore Dziadyk OSBM The Divine Liturgy will be held privately on January 23, 2021 at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Anna's memory to the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church Maintenance Fund.
