Anna Ruth (MacKillop) Evans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 95, Anna Ruth (MacKillop) Evans (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anna Ruth (MacKillop) Evans to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John "Herkie" Evans; her siblings, Evelyn Thompson, Roy (Kaye Evans) and Lewis (Margaret Evans); and her parents, Florence MacKillop and Edward MacKillop.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Evans Nash and Bruce Evans; her son-in-law Gordon Nash; her grandchildren, Trevor (Lynne), Lauren (Brandon), Conner (Alana) and Courtney; her great grandchildren, Cayden, Logan, Leo and Stella; her siblings-in-law, Bobby and Margie Evans; and her friend Bette Brown. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sturgeon Creek II Retirement Residence (707 Setter St, Winnipeg, MB R2Y2J3).
