She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Kuryk and Maria Kuryk; and her brother Stephen (Antonio Lamothe). She is survived by: her children, Bohdan, Stephen and Tania; her grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Jared (Raj) and Jasmine; and her great grandchildren, Bohdan and Vivienne. She is also survived by her four sisters, five brothers and numerous nieces, nephews.
