He was predeceased by: his wife Grace; his daughter Cathy; his granddaughter Vicki; his siblings, Bill (Lillian), Ed and Helen (Gerry); and his parents, Arthur Burgess and Nellie Burgess.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Rita), Brad, Don (Heather) and Jim; his son-in-law Tim; his grandchildren, Ken (Jessica), Chrissy (Peter), Amanda (Felipe), Erin (Bryce), Alison, Elizabeth (Eric) and T. J.; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Kennedy, Jade, Catherine and Charles; his sister Joan; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannie and Grace Slamp.
