He was predeceased by: his parents, Isauro and Guadalupe; his brothers, Isauro and Ricardo; and his in-laws, Richard and Dorothy Ball.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Ball); his children, Ric (Tannis), Craig (Teresa) and Suzanne (Jason); his grandchildren, Tyler (Lauren), Natasha (Brody), Daniela (Richard), Craig (Becca), Victoria (Tyrell) and Ned; his great grandchild Kade; and his sister Santa Esquivel. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
