It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Shirley Parsons (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ron. She is survived by: her sons, John (Linda), Mark (Lesley) and Todd (Becky); her grandchildren, Aaron, Rachel, Hayley, Dylan, Ashley and Kayla; and her sister Peggy. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
