He was predeceased by: his father Bernie. He is survived by: his mother Shelly McKay (Dean); his brothers, Calvin (Lisa), Christopher (Jenna) and Todd; his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Mya, Audrey, Elizabeth, Everleigh, Kurt and Garett; his grandmother Thelma; and his aunts and uncles, Cary (Jenny), Bruce (Cathy), Sandy and Shannon (Doug). He is also survived by Uncle Al, as well as many cousins, and dear friends.
