She was predeceased by: her grandfather Jacobus Poortenaar; her parents, Rieka and Machiel; and her siblings, Henk and Anneka.

She is survived by: her sons, Jacobus (Jack) and Eddy Poortenaar.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mosaic Funeral Home.
