He is survived by : his wife Verna Polcyn; his daughters, Asmara Polcyn, Erin Polcyn Sailer (Frantisek) of Winnipeg and Tania Polcyn (Grigori Axenov) of Ottawa; and his sister Mary Ann Arbeiter (Richard) of Florida.
