She was predeceased by: her son Joseph Thomas; her sisters, Anne (Nick), Rose (Tony), Joyce (Roy) and Mary (Peter); and her parents, Iwan Spuzak and Maria Spuzak.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Debbie (Chris), Cyndi, Gerry (Tammy) and Kathy (Peter); her grandchildren, Breanne, Rayna (Jay), Justin (Kaitlyn), Kaitlin, Tanner, Haley, Grace, Jesse (Krista) and Brooke (Brett); and her great grandchildren, Stella, Arlo, Flora and Ellis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Family Home or charity of your choice, Vichnaya Pamyat.
