He was predeceased by: his parents, Rintje Koldyk and Betje Koldyk; his parents-in-law, Russell and Ruth Pugh; his siblings, Sybren Koldyk, Johannes Koldyk and James Koldyk; and his brothers-in-law, John Verspeek and Barry Pugh.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Koldyk of Portage; his siblings, Elisabeth Verspeek of Carman and Henry Koldyk (Kay) of Lethbridge; his sisters-in-law, Lilja Koldyk of Brandon and Irene Koldyk of MacGregor; his brother Bill Pugh (Pam) of Portage; and his sister-in-law Marie Pugh of Portage. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
