It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Confidentialité Conditions (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away at the age of 77, on January 4, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Can Thi Nguyen and Cam Vinh Le; and her sister Cong Thi Le. She is survived by: her husband Jerome T. Graczyk; her daughters, Chi Nguyen, Kim-Xuan Nguyen Siy (James) and Christine Kim-Tai Plautz (Andrew); her brother Truc Nguyen (Mat Pham); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron and Aiden.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be private services for family and close friends only at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave., Daly City, CA.
