She is survived by: her husband Amado Mendoza Sr.; her sisters, Evelyn (Rodolfo Padua), Felilia (Andres Ticzon) and Victorina (Conrado Tualla); her sisters-in-law, Carmen and Exaltacion Alberto; her children, Amado (Josefina), Consuelo (Raymond Benson), Imelda (Noel Fagan), Marcelino, Monica (Walter Carranza) and Monaliza (Rommel Vianzon); and her grandchildren, Deril, Dannyel, Danielle, Logan, Omar, Keaira, Kaylah and Jaime. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and extended family.

Due to COVID restrictions, all prayers, viewing, funeral and entombment attendance will be by private invitation only.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Consuelo's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, or Grace Hospice.
