We bid farewell to Corny Tiechroeb Friesen (Winnipeg, Manitoba), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 13, 2024 at the age of 16. Corny touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Corny's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Corny has bequeathed us. He is survived by : his parents, Jacob Friesen and Aganetha Friesen; and his siblings, Justina, Erny, Milton, Rebekka and Steven.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friends Funeral Service (2146 Main St, Winnipeg, MB R2V3S5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Interlake Mennonite Fellowship. A burial was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at the Interlake Mennonite Fellowship Church Cemetery.

We will always treasure the trip to Niagara Falls, Great Wolf Lodge and Marineland made possible by Make-A-Wish Foundation last summer.
