She was predeceased by: her sister Cheryl; and her father Harold. She is survived by: her significant other Bob; her children, Hillary and Carla (Brian); her pet Chase; her son Lee (Agnieszka); her grandsons, Benjamin and Sebastian; her son Aaron (Emily); her grandchildren, Elliot, Luke, Sam and Hazel; her mother Jean Cook; her brother Curtis Cook (Lorraine); and her friends, Marilyn Williams, Pat Narynski and Irene Mytz.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society - stipulating pancreatic cancer.
