He is survived by: his parents, Franciszek Otulak and Czeslawa Otulak; his mother-in-law Karabou Ama (Catherine Agoli-Agbo); his brother Victor Otulak (Jessica); his brother-in-law Anicet Agoli-Agbo; his nieces and nephews, Emery, Brinlee, Kurby, Kavany and Kilyan; and his wife Catherine.

A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at the Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery (4387 Main St, West Saint Paul, MB R4A4A7).
