He was predeceased by: his wife Vicky. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie (Henry) and Tracy (Dallas); and his grandchildren, Donavon, Alyssa, Dallas Jr. and Kayden. He is also survived by his 2 sisters, 3 brothers, sister/brother in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews and along with many great friends.
