David Pinuta Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Pinuta of Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Bryan Pinuta of Elphinstone and Dena Pinuta (Marc Cantin) of Headingly; and his sisters, Phyllis Fiarchuk of Elphinstone and Elsie Zurbyk of Elphinstone. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Basil's Ukrainian Catholic Church (202 Harcourt St, Winnipeg, MB R3J3H3). A burial was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery (202 Harcourt St, Winnipeg, MB R3J3H3).
