He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Travis (Lace) and Michael (Stefani); his grandchildren, Justice, Landon, Alyssa, Khloe and Linden; and his siblings, Robert (Juanita), Michael (Maria), Kimberley (Marc) and Bryan.
