He was predeceased by: his parents, Delma and Erik. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Erin (Adam), Jeff (Lisa), Dallas and Jasmine (Mik); his grandchildren, Evan, Cole, Taylor, Allie and Charlie; and his siblings, Ellery (Maureen), Patti (John) and Dallas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
