She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Nixon (Bob); her son Donald Nixon; her parents, Maria Aiello and Battista Aiello; her sisters, Connie Rice, Genevieve Aiello, Margaret Nelson and Phyllis Smuchilla; her brothers-in-law, John Rice, Russell Smuchilla and Norman Nelson; her nieces, Linda Goodwin and Teresa Rice; her niece-in-law Darlene Rice; and her nephew-in-law Ron Baker.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Joshua and Lucas Nixon; her daughter-in-law Lisa Nixon; and her sibling's children, Charlene Baker, John Nelson (Margy) and Johnny Rice (Michelle). She is also survived by eleven great-nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank the many caregivers at The Convalescent Home of Winnipeg for their unwavering compassion, support, encouragement, and care especially during Covid.
