He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda; and his parents, Henry Falk and Justina. He is survived by: his sons, Warren and Stephen (Eileen); his siblings, Stan, Audrey Holens and Debbie Gerber; and his grandchildren, Travis, Wade, Kaitlyn and Kianna.
In keeping with Donald's wishes, cremation has taken place, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
