Donald Timmerman Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 3, 2025, at the age of 83, Donald Timmerman (Winnipeg, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his parents, Jaring Timmerman and Bessie Timmerman; his parents-in-law, Albert, Valborg Becklund and Gladys Timmerman; his brother Bruce Timmerman; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Fjellman and Judy Becklund.
He is survived by: his children, Brent (Trish) and Janet; his grandchildren, Mark and Breanna; his sister Donna Klassen (Walter); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon, Glenn Becklund and Lynette Fjellman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to The Salvation Army Living Hope Community Church, 51 Morrow St., or the Jaring Timmerman International Music Camp Scholarship Fund for Canadian students with Financial Need, through the Winnipeg Foundation.
