He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis John and Dorothy Louise Sparrow; and his brother John Paul Sparrow. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Kotak (Dwayne) and Jeff Sparrow (Karen); his grandchildren, Ryan Kotak, Scott Sparrow (Alora) and Brittney Gietz (Tim); his sister Mary Lou Jackson (Bruce); his sister-in-law Rosemary Sparrow; and his significant other Victoria. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
