He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercedes Ramos, and Benito Ramos, Sr.; his wife Teresita Castor; his brother Benito Jr.; and his sister-in-law Evelyn.
He is survived by: his son Juan Paulo Ramos; and his daughter-in-law Jillian Tan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
