We announce the death of Elaine Gwen Philippot (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 77. Elaine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilian Fridfinnson and Andres Fridfinnson (Gerald); her sister Sandra McIntyre (Brian); and her siblings-in-law, Andre and Margaret.

She is survived by: her children, Andrea (Rob) and Brent Duczek; her grandchildren, Hunter and Kyle; her brother Lloyd (Monica); her sisters-in-law, Denise (Abe) and Jeanne (Dave); and her husband Gerald (Gerry).
