He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Mae Brown (Smith) and Hugh Gordon Brown; and his former wife Ethel Mavis Hudson (Hudson). He is survived by: his daughter Diana Emberley (Bruce); his grandchildren, Ross Courtney-Emberley and Jessica; his children, Ivarr, Everleigh, David (Kirsten), Judy Brown and Cam Brown (Nancy); his grandsons, Andrew (Danielle) and Matthew; his daughters, Rachel Poblano (Joe) and Naomi (Reece Gilbert); his wife Mary Edwardsson; his stepchildren, Ken Edwardsson (Sarah) of Corvallis, Oregon and Anne Petroff (Shane); and his children, Jane and Owen. He is also survived by three children, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery (4000 Portage Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3K1W3).
