He was predeceased by: his brother Claude St-Jacques (Marj); his parents, Ulysse St-Jacques and Marie St-Jacques; his sisters, Lucille Hogue (Edward) and Lily Landry (Maurice); and his grandson Ricardo Pereira.
He is survived by: his children, Dawna La Rose (Daniel Pereira) and Ernest Elias Choken; his grandchild Merceydes-Lane La Rose (Indiana); and the mother of his children Jean Choken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many friends.
