She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Schmidt and Elsa Schmidt; her husband Helmut Tiede; her son Robert (Val); and her siblings, Walter, Herta and Helmut.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger (Denise) and Werner (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Melissa (Robby), Ryan (Christie), Stacy (Brad), Jonathan, Miranda, Justin (Kayla), Meagan (Benny), Matthew (Kelsey), Joshua and Benjamin. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
