He was predeceased by: his wife Judith (Judy); his parents, Stanley and Sophie; and his brothers, Norman and Daniel.
He is survived by: his cousins, Orest, Sonia and Eugene; his son Paul (Valentine); his grandsons, Nicholas (Amanda) and Matthew; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Van Baer, Gloria Szun and Richard Kubara (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Eugene requested that donations be made to the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church Building Fund.
