It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ewhenia Chumak (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mychailo and Maria; her siblings, Veronica, Slavka, Zenon, Yvan and Theodore; her son Orest Chumak (Mychailo Chumak); and her son-in-law Walter Domytrak.

She is survived by: her daughter Helena Domytrak; her granddaughters, Irene Demchuk (Andrew), Larysa Gelleta (Myron) and Tanya Gilchrist (Ben); her great grandchildren, Boyan, Lukian, Maksym, Anastasia, Justina and Zorianna; and her cousin Poland. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sts. Vladimir and Olha Ukrainian Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral, Winnipeg, MB or a charity of their choice.
