She was predeceased by: her husband Sebastiao; her parents, Antonio and Izaura; and her siblings, Manuel, Antonio and Alice.

She is survived by: her children, Julio (Josie), Joe (Samantha) and Maggie (Augusto); her grandchildren, Jozefa, Michayla, Diogo, Peter, Keeyanah and Jherzi; her great grandchild Aliciana; her siblings, Julio, Adelina and Doris; and her brother-in-law Julio (Aida). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Fernanda's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
