With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Smyth of Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Smyth to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Balcom and Beulah Balcom; and her brothers, Cecil and Robert. She is survived by: her children, Deborah (Mike), Michael (Beth), Stephen (Blessy) and Diane (Ron); her grandchildren, Dustin, Patrick, Kara (Adam), Jason (Kiaunne), Bronwyn, Berlyn and Rebecca; her great grandchildren, Lyla, Arlo, Elouise, Asher and Cleo; and her niece Frances.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ness Baptist Church (2700 Ness Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3J1A7).
