He was predeceased by: his wife Anne; his daughter Debbie; and his parents, Sam Boychuk and Nettie Boychuk. He is survived by: his son Jason Boychuk of Toronto; and his siblings, Ann Michalyca of Melfort, Sask., Morris of Wakaw, Sask. and Peter of Saskatoon, Sask.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
