Frank Maxwell Phipps Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Maxwell Phipps (Winnipeg, Manitoba), who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eastlyn Mathews and John Amos Phipps; his wife Sandra Hutchinson; his daughters, Renee Phipps-Owusu (Nana Owusu) and Allana Schmidt (Brent Schmidt); his grandchildren, Avery Owusu, Kyan Owusu, Harrison Owusu and Weston-Grey Schmidt; and his siblings, Annette Booker, Merle Wong, Claudette Phillip, David Phipps (Lydia Phipps), Derrick Phipps and Julian. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and godchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SOGH Foundation in Frank's name.
