She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Konowalchuk and Henry Cyncora; and her stepfather Nick Konowalchuk. She is survived by: her husband Markus Van Wyk; her sons, Brenden Van Wyk (Wendy Diel) and Devan Van Wyk (Jessica Van Wyk); and her sister Gloria Cyncora.
