He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Van of Vorst; his siblings, Marilynn, David (Mary-Anne), Jim (Lara), Sandy (Rob) and Chris (Larry); his nephew Scott (Allyson); and his niece Brookelynn. He is also survived by great nieces and great nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
