He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Natalie; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Koch (Charles) and Debbie Hnatiuk; his nephews, James Koch and Daniel Koch (Georgia); his niece Julianne Koch (Alfredo); and his pet Teddy.
